ICON Builders performed various interior renovations to units including new countertops, sinks, faucets and garbage disposals, cabinet tune-up, new electrical fixtures including hardwired smoke detectors and new GFI outlets. Installed seismic shut off valves at each unit for natural gas. Recreated one unit to meet ADA requirements. The exterior buildings received new roofs, rain gutters and downspouts. Repaired stucco and painted and caulk all exterior buildings. Re-sloped decks to create proper drainage. Performed elevator upgrades. Treated all buildings with Duo-foam termite treatment. Built out community room with new ADA ramps, doors, office, kitchenette and bathroom.
