The exterior received new roofs, gutters and downspouts, fresh paint and caulk at all buildings, new lighting and signage. Replaced all wood siding with Hardi on all buildings. Constructed new building which has both a manager's unit and office. Remodeled existing space into new community area. Installed new play area with equipment
