Renovated interior of units including new countertops, sinks, garbage disposals, plumbing fixtures, vinyl flooring at kitchen, dining room, bath and entry halls, GFIs, smoke detectors, light fixtures and paint all kitchens and baths. The exterior renovation consisted of replacing all roofs, installing new fascia, converting master gas meter system to separate gas meters per unit, provided termite treatment to the entire site with Timbor treatment. Constructed a new community building with office and new mailboxes.
