Performed interior renovation to all units including cabinet tune-up, new countertops, appliances, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures and paint throughout. Upgraded seven units to meet ADA requirements. Stucco and painted the exterior of all buildings. Installed new playground area and equipment. Constructed new community building with office.
