Completed interior renovation to all units including new appliances, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures and added washers and dryers to all 2 and 3 bedroom units. The exterior received new paint and caulk at all buildings, new dual pane windows and sliding glass doors, new siding, lighting, new playground area, and extensive laundry and community area improvements.
