Completed unit upgrades included new entry doors, paint, ceramic flooring in kitchen and bath, new solid surface countertops, appliances, plumbing, GFIs and hard wired smoke detectors. The community received a new card entry system, ADA improvements, new paint and caulk to exterior of buildings, beautiful water feature and fresh landscaping. The common areas were painted and received new carpet and numerous upgrades including elevator upgrades, new light fixtures and T-bar ceilings, ADA upgrades and new signage.
