Replaced all windows and sliding glass doors with dual pane. Installed blown-in attic insulation. Painted and caulked exterior of all buildings. Added new trash enclosure with metal doors. Installed new wrought iron fence around property line. Made upgrades to community building and daycare. Provided new signage. Improved overall landscape appearance.
