Performed complete interior renovation of all units, including new cabinets, countertops, plumbing, flooring, baseboard heaters and electrical fixtures. Replaced original roof on 9 story high-rise building. Painted and caulked exterior of entire building. Installed new gas fired boilers and hydraulic trash compactor.
