New pool with a separate bath house and new free standing maintenance building. Complete security fencing with card access entries. The 39 separate buildings had major siding replacement, were painted, new fences installed around patios and new security lighting around the site. Converted master gas meters to individual meters for all units. New signage was installed. Diseased or dead trees were removed, all other trees were trimmed. Units received new kitchen cabinets, countertops, dishwashers, sinks, faucets, disposals and range hoods, lighting, vinyl flooring and paint. The bathroom received new cabinets with marble countertops, inks, faucets, medicine cabinets, bathroom accessories, flooring and toilets. Hardwired smoke detectors were installed in each bedroom and hallway.n
